The Davies Charitable Foundation has periodic competitions for charitable funding. The competitions will entertain applications from the arts, education, sports and health. Applications will be accepted from eligible charitable organizations and individuals from the Kingston area. The Davies Charitable Foundation defines the Kingston area as encompassing the area encircled by Gananoque and the Thousand Islands to the east, Portland to the north and Picton to the west.
Individuals seeking funding cannot receive direct funding and must be aligned with a charitable organization, i.e. a national sport organization. The available funding and number of awards will vary and will be made available with the announcement of the competition. Successful applications will be informed approximately 4-6 weeks after the competition. The Davies Charitable Foundation reserves the right to limit the funding available in a competition if all or some applications are deemed unsatisfactory. Subscribe to our mailing list if you would like to be informed of our upcoming competitions for charitable funding.
Any funding granted by the Davies Charitable Foundation must be made payable directly to a registered charity. Visit Canada Revenue Agency to confirm the Registration Number of your charity. Applications will not be entertained from those who have received funding of at least $2,500 from the Davies Charitable Foundation in the previous two years.
Only online applications will be accepted.
The links to the online forms will be listed here when the competition opens.
